I, like many of you out there, am still writing 2018 instead of 2019. It’s okay, our brains will catch up soon. Let me point you in the direction of Ólafur Arnalds. Ólafur is an Icelandic multi-instrumentalist and producer and he’ll be in town on February 1 for a show at the Orpheum Theatre. His music is quiet and introspective, and almost exclusively instrumental. Intrigued? You can listen to his latest album’s title track “re:member” and bathe in its soothing sounds.
