KCRW’s World Festival at the Hollywood Bowl continues this Sunday with an evening of duos – including the Bowl debut of Oscar winners The Swell Season, featuring Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova. Every time they’ve performed on Morning Becomes Eclectic, they’ve had the whole room swooning and it will be amazing to see 18,000 people under their charms.

She & Him and local favorites the Bird and the Bee, with singer Inara George and multi-instrumental/Grammy-nominated producer Greg Kurstin. The Bird and the Bee’s latest record – a collection of Hall & Oates covers – has been one of my favorite albums to play during afternoon gatherings at my house. Who doesn’t love Hall & Oates?

The show starts at 7pm. Next up, Reggae Night IX on Sunday, July 25 with headliner Jimmy Cliff.
