Last week, we had a slew of guest hosts taking the helm for our signature music show Morning Becomes Eclectic. Each DJ made the show their own. Jeremy Sole started things off by debuting a brand new song by local artist Damon Aaron and some cool covers. Michael Barnes worked in some gospel and a great track from Real Estate. Eric J Lawrence was his usual quirky self, throwing in a cover of Creedence Clearwater’s “Hey Tonight” by German singer Tony. Also, Gary Calamar gave local unsigned band Spring Summer a spin on New Year’s Eve and Chris Douridas kicked off the year playing his favorites from 2009. I happened to catch him playing “Combination Pizza Hut and Taco Bell” on my way home from Taco Bell. Coincidence? I think not! Singing it on my way home made my burrito taste that much better.

ALL of these shows are available in the archives so check them out and relive the holidays!
