One of my favorite duos – and definitely the sexiest – is back with new material. The Kills is a musical partnership between Jamie Hince (yes, boyfriend of Kate Moss) and Alison Mosshart, who has been sparring on stage with Jack White the last few years as part of the Dead Weather.

The Kills have always stood apart from the rest – their energy onstage is unparalleled and they have a dark edginess and swagger that’s mesmerizing. Check out “Satellite,” the first single from The Kills forthcoming album “Blood Pressures” (out April 5 in US).

We’ll get a preview of their new album with a performance on Morning Becomes Eclectic on Thursday, March 17 live from Austin during SXSW!

We have such an incredible slate of music planned for SXSW this year, I’m already counting the days…
