New Song from Fleet Foxes — “Helplessness Blues”

Music Director Jason Bentley premiered a brand new Fleet Foxes song on Morning Becomes Eclectic in the middle of a fundraising drive, just proving KCRW’s dedication to music over everything else.

Best of all, I was able to track it down to share with you!

You can grab the tune as a free download from the Sub Pop website. The album will be out on May 3 and they’ll be performing at the Hollywood Palladium on May 5.

If you don’t recall Fleet Foxes, their self-titled debut was chock full of stunning harmonies that could make you weak in the knees. Luscious and beautiful. If you can’t tell, I’m very excited to hear more new music from these Seattle folk rockers.
