After their critically acclaimed debut album was released independently in 2009, Polly and The Billets Douxgigged in London and beyond, captivating the crowds in Kings Cross Train Station and more traditional gig locations.

They are currently writing and recording their follow up record which is set for release in 2012 and is a gorgeous harmony blend of country, jazz, blues, folk and gospel.

They have a very full festival season this year in the UK including Cambridge Folk Festival, Secret Garden Party, Wood Festival and Larmer Tree Festival.

When Polly’s not playing with the Billets Doux, she runs a pub called The Black Boy in Winchester and she has a super fan in comedian Phil Jupitus, who proclaimed he was in love with Polly on Twitter recently!
