Song for Your Weekend: Wilco Covers “Who Loves the Sun”

Happy heatwave weekend! Yes, it’s going to be very HOT in LA for the next few days so I wanted to post a musical treat – Wilco covering the Velvet Underground’s “Who Loves the Sun”.

Ever since I heard this earlier this week, I haven’t been able to get it out of my head!

Wilco performed 29 covers at the Solid Sound Festival last weekend. It was an incredible array of ipcks – from Thin Lizzy to Daft Punk and the Grateful Dead. They hit on some of my very favorite songs and hearing them in “Wilco” style is such a treat.
