Upcoming Live Performances on MORNING BECOMES ECLECTIC with host JASON BENTLEY

Dhani Harrison debuts new songs from the musical collective he founded, thenewno2. They played a session for us in front of a live audience – their FIRST show behind their new album – at Apogee’s Berkeley St Studios. You can hear it on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Wednesday, August 1, Real Estate may be from New Jersey but their music captures the sound of a beautiful California day. Its sunny, slightly psychedelic pop and we’re excited to hear it live when they make their Morning Becomes Eclectic debut at 11:15am

Thursday, August 2, Cambridge-based art rock quartet Alt-J seemingly came out of nowhere this year with a genre-defying blend that has utterly captivated our ears. We’ll hear songs from their new album live on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

After a decade long hiatus, SoCal cosmic country favorites Beachwood Sparks have returned. Their long awaited new album is an excellent return to form. Join us on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Monday, August 6, Almost a decade ago, KCRW began playing songs by a little known singer-songwriter named Jesca Hoop. Her latest album is one of her catchiest yet and we’re thrilled to have her back in the studio on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.
