Upcoming Live Performances on MORNING BECOMES ECLECTIC with host JASON BENTLEY

Tuesday, February 9, The soaring and ambitious music of Wild Beasts has been lauded by the BBC for its combination of theatrical falsettos and shimmering guitar work. We’ll find ourselves tamed by the UK band’s prowess when we are treated to a live session on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Wednesday, February 10, The Angelic sound of St. Vincent emanates from Annie Clark, a musician who lent her musical skills to the Polyphonic Spree and Sufjan Stevens before composing her own intricate pop songs. We’ll feature a full band performance of songs from her critically-acclaimed release Actor on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Tuesday, February 16, Build An Ark is a Los Angeles-based creative music ensemble that combines the best of their city’s musical history for an inspirational sound. Bandleader Carlos Niño will lead the group in performing compositions written by Miguel Atwood Ferguson and other notables on join Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Friday, February 19, Scottish singer Angela McCluskey had a smash hit as the voice behind Telepopmusik’s song “Breathe.” Her second solo album puts her sultry voice at the forefront. She brings her band to perform new songs on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.
