Video Premiere: Mikky Ekko – “FAME”

Today, we are pleased to premiere the new video from Mikky Ekko for the song “FAME” (which is the title track off his new album out now on Interscope). Here is what Mikky said about the song: “FAME is deeply personal for me. I was in a strange place, emotionally, when we (Justin Parker and I) were writing. Looking back FAME was a real moment of clarity for me.”

As you watch the video you’ll see the various emotions come forward. The song is about the struggles of life and how we can turn it around and really enjoy the qualities of what we have.

As a personal note, Mikky is one of the warmest, genuine songwriters I have met. The album showcases that, as his warmth comes across in his songwriting and storytelling.
