For 15 years, Chilean group Chico Trujillo have been the kings of Pan Latin-American cumbia, with a festive party atmosphere. For their latest album, they are aided by a 30-piece carnival-tested brass band, serving as a perfect appetizer for this year's Latin Alternative Music Conference, taking place in NYC this week!
