The new project from Radiohead’s Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood, The Smile, leads the pack this week. Rounded out by Radiohead’s abiding producer Nigel Godrich and Sons of Kemet’s Tom Skinner, The Smile have delivered an absolute ripper in their one-off (for now) single “You Will Never Work In Television Again.” Naturally, KCRW DJs across the board are running with this one.
And there is so much more to get pumped about! The Weeknd’s new record “Dawn FM” is garnering universal acclaim, and we’re certainly not immune. The eponymous 2021 sleeper “Dina ögon” is here to demand your full attention now, and last year’s best album is still in the mix nearly a year after its release.
