Following last week’s brand-new-album-release-triumph for Panda Bear, LA-beat-scene hero TOKiMONSTA is giving us her spin on that winning formula. Eternal Reverie finds TOKi in her element with her trademark mix of funky grooves and sultry beats on full display. Plus, she’s brought some very cool friends along for the ride — Anderson .Paak, Rae Kahlil, and Gavin Turek (to name a few). It’s also cool to see Panda Bear’s Sinister Grift holding strong in spot two, and Everything Is Recorded’s Richard Russell Is Temporary moving up one spot from last week to no. 3 (Everything Is Recorded is the moniker of UK Rave legend/XL Recordings label boss, Richard Russell).
