More than 60 blind and visually-impaired kids from across the U.S. and Canada are gathering in Los Angeles this weekend to put their skills to the test in the annual Braille Challenge, sponsored by the Braille Institute of America.

Nancy Nieubrugge is director of the challenge. We asked her what the test involves:
