President Trump uses Twitter as a megaphone to his tens of millions of followers. His Tweets indicate policy proposals, hints about his character and the way he feels about the news. He talks about his actions on Twitter and suggests those to come. NPR is providing a running annotation of the president’s Tweets to provide context to 140 characters. The NPR politics team won’t be annotating Trump’s entire Twitter feed, but will be paying attention to the Tweets that need extra explanation. Follow along below and check back often.
