For the past five years, Los Angeles Police Chief William Bratton has trained an elite force of officers in crowd control. However, Bratton concedes that the troops who got out of control last Tuesday were the "best" that he has.  We talk with police experts and others about his reaction and what should happen next. On Reporter's Notebook, Youth Radio reports on a Los Angeles high school student caught in the middle of the immigration debate.
