Dating in Los Angeles can be exhausting. That’s why an app called Snack has released a new feature to help people cut through the small talk — by using an AI-generated avatar that has conversations on behalf of its users. Los Angeles Times Reporter Jamie Ding tried it out, and found that bot-on-bot romance still has its limitations.
