Mayor Eric Garcetti is halfway through his second and final term in office, but that hasn’t stopped one of the city’s biggest unions from releasing new ads attacking him. The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 18 has launched an assault on Garcetti’s sweeping environmental plan, and it’s using the homelessness crisis as its weapon.
