Campaigning vs. Governing

We talk about President Obama's State of the Union address and the state of play in the race for the Republican presidential nomination. Joining Matt Miller and Robert Scheer as guest panelists are David Frum, contributing editor to the Daily Beast and Newsweek, and Chrystia Freeland, editor of Thomson Reuters Digital. Frum has just returned from Florida, where voters will head to the polls for the primary on Tuesday, January 31. (KCRW will carry NPR's wrap-up of the primary from 5-7pm.) Chrystia Freeland gives us the view from "the snowy hamlet of Davos, Switzerland", where the World Economic Forum is underway.
