Countdown to Shutdown, Ted Cruz and Friendly Iran

The Senate passes a short-term spending bill on Friday and votes to restore funding for President Obama's healthcare law. Are we still heading for a government shutdown? It's anyone's guess. When Obamacare goes into effect, who will be the winners and losers? Other countries have great success with their healthcare systems, and pay less than we do.
