A federal appeals court ruled that the National Security Agency has been misreading the Patriot Act by collecting telephone metadata. The Senate Judiciary Committee also voted that the Patriot Act should be reformed. Bob Scheer, author of They Know Everything about You, says this puts him at the Center of the issue.
