President Obama Discusses Troop Levels in Afghanistan

President Obama will address the nation this evening about his decision to increase troop strength in Afghanistan. With support for the war declining, the President is expected to discuss the issue of cost and an exit strategy. KCRW will broadcast the President's address live at 5pm, with a rebroadcast at 7pm (pre-empts Which Way, L.A.?).
