The DNC: A Divided Convention?
Californians will play a big part in the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia this coming week. But can the party unite with supporters of Bernie Sanders?
California Democrats are prepping for the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia. They'll play prominent roles too, Governor Jerry Brown, Mayor Eric Garcetti and former Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa are just some of the dozen or so Californians assigned speaking roles. The party faces a few challenges, Bernie Sanders has endorsed Hillary Clinton, but he hasn't released his delegates leading some to worry about a divided convention.
