Curbing College Campus Sexual Assaults

A bill introduced in the Senate yesterday would require colleges to conduct anonymous surveys of their students’ experiences with sexual assault and then publicize the results. Here in California, UC Berkeley is one of 55 schools under federal investigation for allegedly mishandling complaints. We talk to the head of the UC system about that and other issues facing our public universities.
