Vulnerability is hard to talk about. Things like, getting hurt, failing, being rejected, admitting you made a mistake are not exactly top of the to-do list. But friendships, love and marriage, having children and enjoying life, are top of list for most people. And to get to those happy times you need courage, which is only possible if you’re vulnerable. Brene Brown has been studying vulnerability, shame and courage for over 20 years.
