In Europe, COVID rises as kids are unvaccinated and closures differ among countries

The European Union is being rattled with coronavirus cases rising, though 70% of residents are at least partially vaccinated. Some of the highest-level outbreaks are in the most vaccinated parts of Belgium, says Kevin Whitelaw, Brussels bureau chief for Bloomberg News.
