Berkeley becomes 'unranked' on top colleges list. Do these listings matter to high school grads?

UC Berkeley is usually one of the highest ranked universities in the country. But now it's kicked off of U.S World & News Report's "Best Colleges" list, and has the status of "unranked." Berkeley had followed UCLA as the number two public university -- until it said it inflated the size of its alumni donations. Now UVA is number two.
