What do Axl Rose and Barbra Streisand have in common? Well, they’ve both tried to scrub the web of stuff they didn’t like and failed miserably. In his fight, Axl Rose has invoked the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. What is that and who does it protect? And while Axl’s going after the web, the FBI is going after one of the world’s worst e-mail spammers who they say can send out a million obnoxious emails from his home in San Diego in less than 15 minutes.
