In 2003, the store manager of a Dollar General was accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy on a Choctaw Reservation in Mississippi. The Choctaw filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against Dollar General, and Dollar General has challenged their right to do that. Now the Supreme Court will take up the matter.
