Sean Parker Pot Bill Makes California’s November Ballot

A measure that would legalize recreational marijuana has officially made it to the ballot in California. Voters will decide in November whether to adopt the Adult Use of Marijuana Act, the so-called Sean Parker initiative, the first of around 20 different ballot measures in the state to qualify for the ballot. The measure would make it legal for adults age twenty-one and older to purchase, transport, and consume up to an ounce of pot. What’s in the bill?
