Superintendent Deasy on LAUSD’s iPad Controversy

Hosted by

LAUSD’s iPad program is now on hold after a report questioned the awarding of the contract to Apple and Pearson, the company developing the curriculum. Superintendent John Deasy joins us to discuss. Plus: The LA Library is offering high school diplomas to drop outs. We check in on that program. And KCRW’s Eric J. Lawrence takes us on a historic audio tour of Disneylands’ Haunted Mansion, which is celebrating its 45th anniversary.
