On Monday night, CBS Evening News debuted a new anchor: Norah O’Donnell. She called President Trump’s recent tweets “racist. And she closed her show with a pledge to legendary CBS journalist Edward R. Murrow.

Murrow, Walter Cronkite and Dan Rather helped CBS set the standard for nightly news. But now CBS is in third place in the ratings. So who watches network news these days? You may be surprised to learn that network TV news has three times more viewers than FOX, CNN and MSNBC.
