Anonymous parents threaten lawsuit over an implicit bias training program

For over a decade, the Santa Barbara Unified School District has hired a local nonprofit organization called Just Communities to offer Implicit Bias training.

For over a decade, the Santa Barbara Unified School District has hired a local nonprofit organization called Just Communities to offer Implicit Bias training. The program is designed to help teachers, parents and students increase their understanding of how systemic racism and classism affects the learning environment. Now, an anonymous group of parents and teachers says the program discriminates against white people and Christians, and is threatening to sue the school district.
