The Seth Rogen-James Franco dark comedy centers on a fictional assassination of North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un.

Sony CEO Michael Lynton told CNN following the president’s remarks that the studio acted appropriately.

Obama said there is no indication that North Korea acted in conjunction with any other country – eliminating speculation about possible involvement by China.

Kim Masters, who hosts KCRW’s The Business and Joe Mathews from Zocalo Public Square joined us to talk about how the media has responded and reported on the attack and whether Hollywood can weather this and possible future cyber storms.
