Obama Talks Energy, Jobs in North Carolina

After upstaging Super Tuesday with a news conference on foreign affairs, President Obama today went to a crucial state in November's election and the site of the Democratic National convention. In North Carolina, he pushed for incentives to promote development of fuel efficient cars.
