Letter Sent to White House Tests Positive for Ricin

CNN and other news agencies report that two suspects have been identified in the Boston Marathon bombing. Authorities plan to brief the media later this afternoon. Meantime, in Washington, authorities are investigating a letter addressed to President Obama that tested positive for Ricin, a highly toxic substance.
