Word came as French President Holland was at the White House hoping to build a coalition against ISIS that would include Russia as well as the US.  At their news conference, President Obama called Russia a welcome part of the coalition fighting in Syria, but added, "The challenge has been Russia's focus on propping up Assad instead of ISIL."
