California Takes on Climate Change

The President of the US was odd-man-out at Tony Blair's recent G8 Summit on Global Warming. Governor Schwarzenegger may have increased his isolation by writing in a British newspaper that California is ready to lead the world in reduction of greenhouse gases. Can even the biggest of the United States really make a difference? What about 400 separate cities? What are the risks to the economy? As big as California may be, can a single state make an impact on a global problem? We hear a range of opinions from the Governor's office and environmentalists to the oil and gas industry.
