Now, The Los Angeles Business Journal reports that, "pink slips are beginning to pile up all over." Today, a bill was passed increasing Workers Compensation benefits from 230 to 330 dollars a week. With unemployment numbers increasing and a recession imminent, experts on California economy and business explain what impact this bill might have.
