California about to Have the Highest Minimum Wage in Nation

The bill has yet to pass both houses in Sacramento, but Governor Brown says, if it does, he’ll sign it. It would raise the minimum wage in California from $8 to $10 by January of 2016. Both sides have lobbied hard.
