At the United Nations conference on climate change today, Governor Schwarzenegger said it’s time for rich and poor nations to resolve their differences, get beyond the Kyoto protocols and take action to solve global warming. He said that California is “on the cutting edge of what is to come,” with efforts that are “revolutionary… historic and transformative.” He said the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Standards are “beyond anyone else’s dreams.”
