LA Police Commission Approves a Plan for Cop Cameras

The LAPD has taken another step toward being the nation's largest law enforcement agency to put body cameras on officers, but it didn't happen without an argument. The Police Commission says they'll provide clarity in controversial incidents and greater accountability. The ACLU agrees with the goal but says the Commission's policy "will likely do more harm than good."
