LA's Mayor Makes a High Bet on Low-Income Workers

Hosted by

Mayor Eric Garcetti wants to raise the minimum wage in Los Angeles to $13.25 an hour. We’ll ask him about small business predictions about lost jobs. Also: the LAPD in black neighborhoods. Does LA need a Housing Czar? Does Garcetti really like being Mayor of a city that can’t pave its streets or fix its broken sidewalks?

Also, while wells are running dry in Porterville in the Central Valley, Oprah Winfrey and some of her neighbors are trucking in their own water in Montecito. The drought means different strokes for different folks.
