More Trouble at LA's Department of Animal Services

LA animal shelters report more and more adoptions of dogs and cats in the past year, so why is euthanasia on the increase at the City's Department of Animal Services? The Department itself is one of the city's most controversial and, with three out of five members resigning in the past six weeks, the commission that oversees it can't even hold a meeting.
