Robert Redford Debuts a New Independent Movie Theater

Hosted by

Robert Redford was born in Santa Monica, but says his new West Hollywood theater complex fulfills his dream of building a movie theater in his "home town." We talk to him about his plans for the new venue, and his documentaries on wasting water and revisiting Watergate. Also, Chris McGurk tells us about moving between two worlds: the Hollywood Big Time and the world of Independent Films. On our rebroadcast of today's To the Point, a new for of political cynicism: tax-exempt groups with secret donors have now outspent Super PAC's in this year's political campaigns.
