After years of abuse at LA County jails, the Board of Supervisors appointed an Inspector General.  Now, they may have the votes to create a Commission for civilian oversight. We talk to the new Sheriff, Jim McDonnell, about how much power the Commission should have and how transparent he wants his Department to be.  Also, LA's Music Center 50 years later.
