Angel's Flight is the two-car funicular railroad in downtown LA. Built in 1901, it has carried millions of riders up and down Bunker Hill. But, for two years, it's been shut down, and now there's a move to get it started again, as we hear from Eddie Kim, who reports for the Los Angeles Downtown News.
