The reputation of LA Clippers' owner Donald Sterling reached a new low this weekend, with allegations of racist comments made in a phone conversation. Guest host Barbara Bogaev gets reaction from community leaders in South Los Angeles and talks to a media critic who's been calling foul on Sterling's racist and sexist attitudes for a decade. Why has the city and the NBA tolerated such bad behavior for so long?

Later, on To the Point, when President Obama pulled troops out of Iraq back in 2011, he described the nation as well on its way to democracy. Now Iraq's first parliamentary elections since the withdrawal are underway, and the country is ravaged by sectarian strife and violence. What hope does the election offer for a return to peace in Iraq?
