Now, the Reuters News Service has reported that five major American chicken producers consistently feed their flocks low levels of antibiotics—a formula for creating antibiotic resistance. The evidence is contained on “feed tickets” from Tyson’s Foods, Pilgrims’ Pride, George’s, Koch Foods and Perdue Farms, and it’s information federal regulators did not know.
