Manafort resigned today after a campaign shake-up earlier this week. Emails came out this week directly linking Manafort to a political campaign in the U.S. to boost the image of Ukraine’s pro-Russian government. Manafort previously denied lobbying for the Ukraine government.

The report says salaries are a lot a higher in that office than in comparable offices. The audit comes just months after the UC system won approval for its first tuition hike in six years.
